5. Listings and Transactions

a. Listing Vehicles:

• Users can list vehicles for sale by providing accurate and truthful details about the make, model, year, condition, and ownership of the vehicle.
• CarsWhere does not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of any listing and does not intervene in transactions between buyers and sellers.
• The seller is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is free from legal encumbrances and that it complies with all Indian road and safety standards.

b. Buying Vehicles:

• Buyers are responsible for conducting due diligence, verifying the vehicle’s details, and negotiating terms with the seller.
• CarsWhere is not responsible for any disputes that arise between buyers and sellers or for the quality, condition, or legitimacy of the vehicles.

c. Transaction Payments:

• CarsWhere does not process payments between users directly. All payments and transactions are facilitated by external service providers or through direct arrangements between buyers and sellers.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The content, design, and logos on CarsWhere are protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You agree:

• Not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the content from CarsWhere for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written consent from us.
